- This one-time consultation includes a fueling and hydration plan for race day
- Distances from sprint to ironman
2. NUTRITION COUNSELING – BASIC
- This option is for those seeking assistance in improving their daily nutrition intakes and habits, with the goal of bettering athletic performance
- Packet including nutrition literature and handouts mailed to you
- Initial contact via phone or email to discuss history, preferences, and goals
- Completion of food log for computer generated diet analysis
- Development of a plan based on current diet and habits to help you reach your specific goals
- Follow-up via email to make any needed adjustments and to monitor progress over a total of 2-3 weeks
- Follow-up option available (see #3 below)
3. NUTRITION COUNSELING –BASIC FOLLOW-UP
- Designed for those who have already completed an initial basic nutrition counseling session, but who have further questions or issues
- Completion of new food log for computer generated diet analysis
4. NUTRITION COUNSELING – COMPREHENSIVE
- Includes essentials of basic nutrition counseling option but over an extended period of time
- Designed for those seeking long term assistance in implementing new eating program
- Frequent communication and feedback for improved accountability
- One phone call per week and unlimited emails
5. SPORTS NUTRITION AND WELLNESS LECTURES
- Small or large group settings
- Lecture content customized to your group’s specific needs
- Lecture notes and nutritional information handouts provided
- Ideal for high school/college teams, sports clubs or groups, or wellness and fitness groups
